Paddle around Alta Lake or take a trip down the River of Golden Dreams. Our concession is located at Lakeside Park, just 2km South of Whistler's Village Gate.

River of Golden Dreams
Hop in a canoe, kayak or double kayak on the docks at Lakeside Park and make your way down beautiful Alta Lake to the beginning of Whistler's famous River of Golden Dreams. This small flat-water river winds its way through lush vegetation and spectacular views. We'll pick you up at the end and bring you back to the park or the village.

Alta Lake
Lakeside Park is a popular place to tan on the grass, have a BBQ, play on the sandy beach, jump off the dock, and of course rent boats! We offer canoes, single and double kayaks, pedal boats, and fishing boats. We can show anyone the basic strokes you'll need to expore scenic Alta Lake.

Fishing
You can catch 3 - 5 pound Trout easily on Alta Lake. In addition to a fishing boat, we can provide you with licenses and fishing gear. Alta Lake is a catch and release fishery.
