CANOE RENTALS
Canoes are the classic Canadian boat, and Backroads Whistler’s canoes are very wide and stable. The boats can hold 2-3 people plus gear, so you’ll have plenty of opportunity to practice some teamwork.

SINGLE KAYAK RENTALS
Single kayaks are great fun for all ages. They’re easy to learn, agile and there’s no teamwork necessary! Alta Lake is an ideal place to practice your kayaking skills.

DOUBLE KAYAK RENTALS
Double kayaks are easy to figure out, so they’re a great boat for first-time paddlers on Alta Lake. These boats are very versatile, allowing paddlers of different levels to explore the area together.

PADDLEBOARD RENTALS
Paddle boards are like having your own dock that you can take where you want to go. Cruise around Alta Lake on those lazy, hazy summer days for a great way to cool off.
Our fleet consists of good quality epoxy and inflatable boards in all sizes, touring and round nosed. If you are a beginner try our wide stable inflatable boards and if you’ve been out on SUP’s before try our touring boards that slip across the water and are easy to keep in a straight line. We also have inflatable touring boards for those that want the mix between stability and performance.

PEDAL BOAT RENTALS
Our Pedal boats slip through the water with ease. Wind and waves are no problem. Dual pedaling positions and room for 4-5 adults (or adults and kids) they have high sides which means you stay dry.
Pedal boats are our easiest boats to operate. They’re very stable and lots of fun! Most kids can use these boats by themselves (with parental supervision, of course).
